Tankless hot Water service

Last weekend I serviced my tankless hot water heater. This was something i had frankly dismissed doing for a while now. I converted to a tankless system a few years back and it was the single best upgrade I made to my home. Not only did I get back dollars from local gas company but also a rebate from the govt in addition to being able to claim an energy savings upgrade on my taxes. On top of that we never ran out of hot water with four of us showering daily plus laundry, dishwasher, etc…

Ok so all that said, servicing your hot water tank is important because it prevents mineral buildup (scale) from accumulating inside the unit, which can significantly reduce its efficiency, lead to potential breakdowns, and shorten its lifespan if not regularly cleaned; essentially, routine maintenance ensures optimal performance, energy efficiency, and extends the life of your tankless water heater

If interested pls give me a call – I charge $200 for the service including everything needed, it is about a 3 hour job. If you are interested I can also show you what you would need how to do it so you can do it yourself… You do need to be sure that your unit has the correct service fittings – it should if installed properly… I charge $50 if you need those installed.

Thank you for reading this & I would love to earn your business
